A: With many years of experience, we cooperate with many clients all over the world. Mainly from the top 3 markets are North America, Europe and Asia, with a few other countries.
3. How do we place an order? What is the ordering process like?
A: You can chat online with our sales or send an email form to specify the item, quantity, payment or other specifications to place an order.
Step 1: Tell us the model and quantity you need, we will quote you the best price.
Step 2: Make PI to confirm order details.
Step 3: We arrange payment after confirming your order.
Step 4: Ship within the specified time.
4. How to calculate the shipping fee?
A: Please contact us before placing an order. We will calculate the specific shipping cost according to different countries, different postal codes and different order weights. We will provide you with the best shipping methods and accurate shipping rates.
5. Is your battery the real capacity?
A: All our Class A batteries, 100% new and genuine capacity.
6. Do you have MOQ?
A: There are no restrictions. Small orders are also welcome. The more quantity the better the price, we will check the best price for you.
7. What certifications can your battery pack meet?
A: Our batteries have these certificates: CE, FC, MSDS, ROHS, UN, UL.
8. How to customize the battery pack, what information do I need?
A: Before producing your order, you must provide me with your requirements. Information such as battery pack size, discharge current and voltage is very important for us to produce the correct battery pack for you.
9. The delivery time set by your system is 15 days, do I really need to wait that long?
A: No, if it is not a custom order, we usually send it out within 5~8 working days; but if it is a custom order, it may change according to the quantity or other things.
10. Does the BAIDUN battery pack contain BMS? Can we use it for vehicles?
A: Yes, our finished battery packs contain BMS, you can use it for low speed vehicles. And ensure that the discharge current can meet the application requirements. Let us know if you want to use a standard vehicle, we need a more complex design BMS and a different technical solution.
11. What is the warranty period of the product?
A: 1~10 years, due to our wide range of products, minimum 12v 40Ah, maximum 2MW container energy storage system, different products have different warranty periods, welcome to check before placing an order.
12. What are the standards for product manufacture? Which certification standards are met? (OEM/ODM)
A: The company has passed ISO9001 series quality system certification, CE certification, FCC certification, ROHS certification and other general industry certifications.
